About the Author

Edward Bell is a professor in the division of sociology and family studies at Brescia University College at Western University, where he teaches research methods, quantitative research, and statistics for sociology. He has published journal articles on topics as wide-ranging as personality, religion, and politics. In addition to his work as the Canadian adaptor on three editions of Social Research Methods, he has published an academic book, Social Classes and Social Credit in Alberta, with McGill-Queen's University Press. Steven Kleinknecht is the Acting Chair, School of Behavioural and Social Sciences Coordinator, Family Studies and an associate professor of sociology at Brescia University College at Western University. He is the author of a number of publications, including The Craft of Qualitative Research: A Handbook. (Canadian Scholars Press © 2018).
