About the Author

Richard Almonte holds a doctorate in English from McMaster University. He is professor of English and Business Communication in the Faculty of Business, Arts and Design at George Brown College in Toronto, where he teaches courses in Composition and Business Communication as well as electives in Business Journalism and Early Canadian Fiction. A dedicated professional, Mary Ellen Guffey is Professor Emerita of Business from Los Angeles Pierce College.
