Synopsis

Has anyone ever asked you-What were the best days of your life? That one period of your life you always wanted to go back to? And live that life . . . one more time? When asked this, I closed my eyes and went back in my own past. And I thought . . . . . . of the days, when life's most complex choices had a simple solution of Akkad Bakkad Bambey Bo! . . . of the seasons when rains were celebrated by making paper boats. . . . of the times when waiting at the railway crossing meant counting the bogies of the train passing by. When I opened my eyes, it seems Like it Happened Yesterday! Like it was yesterday that I broke my first tooth and fell in love for the first time. Like it was yesterday, when I was about to lose my friend, and suddenly he became my best friend. I look back and it becomes a journey full of adventure. It makes me laugh, it makes me cry and I know I'm here because I was . . . Come, hold my hand, and take this trip with me. It will be yesterday for you, once again!

Review

A person like me can read these type of novels only in 2-3 days but a writer has to give his years to write a novel. Sometimes we just check the rating of novel on internet and think should I read this novel or not or sometimes some friend of us recommend that you must read this novel. Sometimes we starting reading a novel and only after reading 10-15 pages we think oh no its a waste of time, sometimes we can not able to connect to the writer, sometimes we just fall in love with the novel and forgets everything going around while reading it. This novel LIKE IT HAPPENED YESTERDAY reminds me a lot of things about my childhood and while reading this novel I actually thought that some of the incident was like it happened yesterday. Reading this novel is just like watching a movie of our self in our mind and smiling for the stupid things we have done in our childhood or sometimes we smile for no reason. At some points we think if we could go back to the old days.and do such stupid things again. I recommend to the peoples to read this novel and I hope you all will love it. --Dev Singh Jul 24, 2013

Do not know what is happening to Indian authors. Just few below books are best sellers and people love them. > I too had a love story > Journey of Two Hearts > That's the we went > Fell in love, ops! Their second books, thirds, fourths...and the biggest flops. The question is about, only the first books are the true stories, rest are just fake and these authors are not able to survive with fiction?? --Rashmi Jain Jul 20, 2013
