This modified student version allows users to perform matrix manipulations, numerical computations, and data analyisis in a quick and easy-to-use fashion. Key features include: problems and solutions are expressed just as they are written mathematically, so no programming is required; numerical problems can be solved in a fraction of the time taken to write a program in Fortran, Basic or C; the complete integrated system includes graphics, programming macros, IEEE arithmetic, a fast interpreter, and many analytical commands; also, it performs eigenvalues, matrix arithmetic, matrix decompositions, convolution, spectrum estimation, linear equation solving, differential equations and 1-D and 2-D FFTs.
