Synopsis
This interactive, competitive simulation portrays the human resources department of a moderate size organization as seen through the eyes of the organization's HR or General Manager. It focuses on the problems and issues of daily HR work and requires students to make decisions accordingly. The simulation is IBM/MS DOS-compatible and requires no previous computer experience.
