About the Author

DAVID SACHS is Assistant Dean of the School of Computer Science and Information Systems at Pace University in White Plains, New York. HENRY (PETE) STAIR, formerly of IBM, is a computer communications consultant in New Canaan, Connecticut, actively involved in conducting training on TCP/IP and the Internet. SACHS and STAIR are the authors of Hands-On Netscape, Hands-On Internet, Hands-On Mosaic, and Instant Internet with WebSurfer. They conduct workshops about the World Wide Web for Mecklermedia throughout the world.
