A course in advanced MATLAB and SIMULINK advanced control concepts and tools covering a range of problems, but emphasizing the most promising techniques in advanced systems simulation, artificial neural networks, and identification and adaptive control. The volume is the result of a three year collaboration between 16 university academics as part of an education and research program, and the tutorial exercises have been "road tested" during summer schools throughout Europe. The text illustrates concepts with equations and computer program code.
