About the Author

DR. ROBERT T. GRAUER is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Information Systems at the University of Miami, where he was honored with the Outstanding Teacher Award in the School of Business. CAROL VAZQUEZ VILLAR, an instructor in the Department of Computer Information Systems at the University of Miami for eight years, currently works for Andersen Consulting. She developed and trained high-performance teams on team building and communications. She is currently planning and developing leadership training seminars.

DR. ARTHUR R. BUSS is Associate Professor of Computer Studies at William Jewell College, where he teaches Information Technology courses. Prior to his teaching position with Jewell, he worked at Kmart Corporation and McDonnell Douglas as a programmer, systems analyst, and project leader.
