A supplement for Inclusion courses, Intro to Special Education courses that emphasize inclusion strategies, Mild Methods, and General Methods courses.
Designed to give education majors an experience of actual inclusive classrooms, this CD-ROM contains 36 video clips demonstrating inclusion strategies in four different grade levels. The various clips show children with learning disabilities, attention deficit disorders, and mild/moderate disabilities being successfully engaged in the classroom community and in learning by expert teachers. The accompanying activity book provides a basic background for inclusive classrooms including discussion of instructional planning, managing behavior, and collaboration.
