DR. THOMAS P. BERGMAN is Associate Professor, Management Department, College of Business Administration at the University of Central Oklahoma, where he currently teaches Internet-based business strategy and consulting. An engineer and CPA, he holds a Ph.D. from the University of Oklahoma. He previously worked for Arthur Andersen & Co. as an auditor.
