Structural Steel Design, 3/e provides an introduction to structural steel design. It is primarily intended for a three-credit course for junior or senior undergraduates in civil engineering, building science, architectural engineering, or architecture. The material is presented in an easy-to-read student-friendly style.

- A new chapter entitled "Design of Steel Building Systems" has been added. As a part of this chapter, the nationally used commercial software package SAP2000 is introduced and used. A student version of the software is included with the textbook.
