About the Author:

Tim Collins, PhD, is a professor of ESL and bilingual education at Louis University in Chicago, and the director of the TESOL International Association, the leading international association of ESL/EFL professionals. He is the author of ESL programs for McGraw-Hill, Cengage, Oxford University Press, Longman, and other textbook publishers.

Tim Collins teaches graduate TESOL at National Louis University in Chicago, with reading theory and methodology as a specialty.
