Gluten-related disorders are prevalent among human societies, specifically in developing countries. These diseases have similar clinical manifestations and although they are characterized by a specific pathophysiological response to ingestion of gluten, differential diagnosis of these disorders is very challenging and failure to diagnosis and treat these disorders at an early stage, can lead to irreparable health and cost damages. Gluten-Related Disorders: Diagnostic Approaches, Treatment Pathways, and Future Perspectives reports up-to-date scientific findings within a historical perspective to identify the main differences and distinctive features of each of these diseases leading to better diagnosis and treatment options as well as pathogenesis of gluten disorders for use in future research endeavors. This reference is perfect for researchers, scientists and medical practitioners currently addressing gluten-related diseases.
