Synopsis
In accordance with the provisions of regulation 25 of the Merchant Shipping (Radio) (Fishing Vessel) Regulations 1999, a radio log must be carried on board certain vessels. It should be retained on the navigating bridge convenient to the radio installation. The skipper must inspect the log and sign each day's entries. This simplified GMDSS log is designed for smaller vessels and replaces the current Radio Telephone Log 15.
