About the Author

Dreas Reyneke was a dancer with the Ballet Rambert in London during the 1960s. He learned the classic Pilates system under a student of Joseph Pilates, and then taught at the first Pilates studio in London, The Place. He opened his own studio in 1973, which has subsequently been voted the best in the country.
