Their clients include 3 Com Europe, Standard Life, Diageo, Scottish Widows and Morrison Construction plc. Both authors have spoken at IPD and AMED events on creativity and innovation and other management topics. Fiona McLeod has 18years management experience with organisations in both the public and private sector including 3 years as CEO of an international creative organisation. Richard Thomson is the Co-founder of TW Associates. He has over ten years experience in almost every aspect of managing people in an entrepreneurial environment. Fiona and Richard's home town is Edinburgh, Scotland.
