Synopsis
Interactions Mosaic 4th Edition is the newly expanded five-level, four-skill comprehensive ESL/ELT series for academic students. A wide range of listening tasks developed to reflect natural language includes conversations, radio and television programs, instructions, recorded messages, lectures and stories. Tapescripts have been included in the back of the student text.
Speaking activities designed for small groups or pairs encourage student interaction.
Many activities are "task-oriented", requiring students to focus on a task rather than on language, thereby creating more natural, less self-conscious conversation.
Listening Tasks give students contextual clues to understand implied messages. Other comprehension tasks involve the use of real-life material such as maps, forms, and other realia.
