About the Author

Tim Harrower has been an award-winning editor, designer and columnist at such newspapers as the Times-Union (Rochester, New York) and The Oregonian (Portland, Oregon). He became a journalist back in the `80s after his first career choice-beloved rock 'n' roll superlegend-went down the tubes. He currently consults on redesigns, lectures on journalism, and maintains a dog-and-frog ranch at the foot of an Oregon volcano.
