Dave Mercer (Spring Valley, CA) operates AFC Computer Services, a Web site and database design company. Dave has been designing databases since 1993 and Web sites since 1995, using a variety of languages, including Paradox Application Language, Perl, HTML, PHP, VBA, VBScript, and SQL. Active Server Pages has long been a central technology for his Web site applications. He has written several books about Microsoft Access, and has most recently finished books about Active Server Pages, XML, and XHTML. Dave is currently teaching classes on the subject of Web site and database construction.
