About the Author

Jeff Doyle CCIE #1919, CCSI, is a professional services engineer with Juniper Networks, Inc. He has developed and taught a variety of networking courses and authored, Routing TCP/IP, Volume I, published by Cisco Press.Matt Kolon is a technical marketing engineer at Juniper Networks, Inc. He has more than 15 years experience in MIS and as a consultant in data communications. Previously, he served as a senior member of the technical staff at Hill Associates where he trained telecommunication professionals and developed courses. He's the co-author of IP Telephony (McGraw-Hill, 1999).
