About the Author

Bill English, MCSE, MCP+Internet, MCT, CTT, (Maple Grove, MN) owns his own consulting business, Networknowledge, where he provides consulting services to small- and medium-sized businesses and training for educational institutions as well as Microsoft Certified Technical Education Centers (CTECH). He has written articles for Exchange Administrator magazine and is the co-author of the upcoming MS Press book: Exchange Server 2000 Administrator's Companion.

Nick Cavalancia (MCSE, MCT, MCNE, MCNI) is director of training and consulting for Comsphere (wwww.comsphere.com) where he specializes in high-end Exchange 2000 and Windows 2000 infrastructure designs. Nick has worked as a Microsoft and Novell trainer, and a consultant for large scale Exchange 5.x and Exchange 2000 projects supporting 2,000-150,000 users.
