About the Author

Jim Edwards (Billerica, MA) is a Premium Services Engineer at Nortel Networks. He has supported numerous enterprise environments and is the key point of contact for 2 premium services customers. Along with his Networking experience, he has spent several years as a Senior PC Software Engineer and Help Desk Manager. He holds Nortel Networks Certification in Routing, Switching, Centillion Switching and Advanced IP Configuration. Mr. Edwards can be reached at jedward1@nortelnetworks.com; Matt Jensen (Omaha, NE) works as a Professional Services Engineer for Nortel Networks. He provides Capacity Planning, network design, implementation, and support services for multiple customers in the Midwest. Prior to coming to work for Nortel, Matt worked as a Sales Manager for a regional ISP, Customer Service and Sales Manager at a National ISP and as a Network Analyst at a major IT outsourcer. Matt holds multiple vendor certifications and enjoys teaching what he knows at various Community Colleges.
