About the Author

Kenton Gardinier is an MCSE and Senior Systems Engineer specialising in performance analysis and optimisation of Windows NT networks. Garinier also lectures on various NT-related issues, such as capacity planning, performance optimisation, fault tolerance management, and enterprise management. He frequently contributes to Windows NT Magazine and Windows NT Systems. He serves on the board of the Triangle NT User Group.
