Dale Greenwald is an exercise physiologist and certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist who has completed additional course work in the St. Johns Method (Neuro-Muscular Therapy). A former Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for Varsity Athletics at the University of Colorado, Greenwald formed Active Therapy Professionals, a reconditioning and rehabilitation practice, in 1989. Along with years of lecturing nationally to the medical community with regards to exercise and posture, Mr. Greenwald was a state and national record-holder in the sport of competitive power-lifting. Additionally, Greenwald developed and holds three U.S. patents for rotator cuff rehabilitation machines, is the Editor of "Ergonomics Review," a bi-monthly email newsletter, and is the director and producer of the posture video, "The Daily Dozen for Better Posture."
Erik Miller is a Certified Personal Trainer with a strong background in human anatomy. He maintains his own private personal training practice, specializing in business and professional people who are still pursuing an active lifestyle and want to remain competitive and injury-free. In addition, he is an Associate at Active Therapy Professionals, providing exercise rehabilitation training. Miller has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Utah and more recently has taken continuing educational courses in Nutrition, Training with a Swiss Ball, Periodization in Training, and Strength Training for Young Athletes.
