Scott B. Guthery is the Chief Technology Officer of Mobile-Mind, a leading provider of wireless consulting services and SIM applications. Previously he led the team that developed the smart card for Schlumberger Corp. and served as the lead designer of Microsoft's Smart Card for Windows. He has authored GSM standards and holds 3 patents for his work on smart cards and real-time systems, and is a member of the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI).
