The design approach in this text has been expanded. Design examples and homework problems are indicated by an icon, and in the 2nd edition, Re-design problems have been added and noted with an icon.
A CD-ROM containing Powerpoint slides, and circuit simulation files for Electronics Workbench is included for free with every book.
Each chapter concludes with a summary of important topics, including a checklist of concepts the students should have mastered. These Checklists will help students assess their progress, in accordance with recommendations of ABET 2000 guidelines.
