From the Publisher

All new readings, including some from media sources not used in the 1st edition (e.g., FastCompany, Internet World), update the text and give students current information on topics relevant to the issues they will face as managers.
Many completely new case studies (some never before published in a textbook - for example, Beta and Psi in Module 2) also populate the text with up-to-date materials.
Completely new module (6) entitled Continuous Change uses current cases and readings to relay to students that organizational change is a recurring phenomenon and not a one-time situation.
Module 5 has been renamed Leading Change: The Personal Side because the majority of the case studies and readings in the module shed light on the individual general manager's role in affecting change in their organizations, pointing out to students that not all change is implemented or handled by a team or committee.
Authors continue with a rigorous framework for examining organizational change in the 2nd edition.
Several case studies are marked as Change Classic Cases as they are central to the scholarship of organizational change.
