Joseph De Chiara is a practicing architect and city planner in New York City. He has taught at Columbia University, Pratt Institute, the New York Institute of Technology, and the SUNY system. He is the coauthor of Time-Saver Standards for Site Planning, Time-Saver Standards for Residential Development, and Time-Saver Standards for Interior Design and Space Planning, among other titles.Mike Crosbie (South Norwalk, CT) is an architect with Steven Winter Associates and a former Editor with Progressive Architecture magazine.
