Proven implementation guide for reducing cycle time
I wrote this book because other books described speed as a desirable business quality but none presented a systemic recipe for making a slow firm, faster.
The book's been used by fast firms wanting to be faster such as Hewlett-Packard & Motorola, as well as firms that want to speed up, such as Ford and Procter & Gamble. The first part (50 pages) tells you the advantages speed on many dimensions. The second part (200 pgs.) shows you how to do it. Good luck!
