Frank Sargeant is a well-known boating writer with monthly features in Boating magazine and Sports Afields magazine. He writes a weekly award-winning column on boating in the Tampa Tribune and has been a local favorite in Florida for 40 years. He has written 10 books on boating, sailing, and fishing.
