This book covers the most important elements necessary to improve one's performance through the principles of power. Following an illustrative, step-by-step plan, readers will first learn the importance of developing a foundation of strength needed to move on to more advanced exercises. Next, they'll learn how to improve their speed, balance, quickness and agility. Once they've mastered the elements of strength and speed, and have properly conditioned and prepared their body, they will learn how to begin increasing their power to improve their overall performance. Each of the three main parts of this book contains approximately 25 illustrated exercise descriptions. Illustrations consist of a combination of wire frame drawings and photographs.
