Exclusive Amazon Chocwork Orange Recipe

Freshly extracted orange and apple juice, fairtrade dark chocolate and
low-fat live yogurt all blended together over crushed ice and topped with
fresh mint!

Well, this recipe is a 'little bit naughty' as it includes a bit of
chocolate. However, those who have read my Chocolate Busters book will be
more than aware of what I think of mass-market chocolate so I urge you to
stick to the exact recipe, meaning more than anything the right kind of
fairtrade dark chocolate. This is an extremely rich smoothie and one to
have only now and then. This really is a little bit naughty ... but OH SO
SO nice!

1 large orange (peeled but with the white pith kept on)
1 apple (Golden Delicious or Royal Gala are best)
20g chocolate (fairtrade, 70-80% cocoa solids)
200g low-fat live yogurt
1 small pinch fresh mint (optional)
4 ice cubes

Juice the oranges and apple, add to your blender along with the chocolate,
yogurt and ice. Blend all until smooth. Chop the mint finely and sprinkle
on the smoothie once poured.

Please note: Depending on your blender the chocolate may not blend fully
with short blending and it may take a little extra time. The worst thing
that can happen is you have chunks of chocolate in your smoothie - hey ho!
