As well as suggesting what rituals to hold (why and when), Kate West also advises on possible pitfalls and generally how to organize (and control) a coven, illustrated with her own real life anecdotes.
Each chapter will conclude with a piece called 'The High Priestess speaks' (or similar), which will give practical examples of the subjects discussed in the text.
