About the Author
Robert Goffee is an internationally-respected authority on organizational transformation. He is a professor of organizational behaviour at London Business School and a frequent contributer to newspapers and magazines, including The Times and Harvard Business Review. Gareth Jones holds two prestigious academic posts in organizational development at Henley Management College and at INSEAD in France. He has previously worked as Senior Vice President for Human Resources for Polygram International.
