About the Author

Cris Freddi is a leading authority on international football, having edited the international section of the Association of Football Statisticians’ report and written articles for a number of national newspapers and magazines such as When Saturday Comes. His five previous sports books include the Radio 5 Sports Yearbook. He was born in England of Italian parents.
