About the Author: Dawn Russell is a health advocate, entrepreneur, mother, wife and former model. In 2015 she founded the 8G company (www.8greens.com) which produces effervescent tablets that contain a mix of 8 important greens in a way that tastes great and is easy to use. She lives in London and New York with her husband and two children.
