About the Author: STEPHEN E. KOHN is one of the most respected and experienced executive coaches in the country, having worked in this role with senior management clients for more than 16 years. Formerly an executive vice president at Paul Sherman Associatesone of the pioneering firms practicing executive coaching and performance consultingMr. Kohn now leads his own firm, Work People Solutions, based in White Plains, New York. His clients range from large global organizations (including Ernst Young, Dupont, and Roche) to small advertising agencies. Mr. O'Connell received his undergraduate degree in English from Brown University and his graduate-level education from Cornell University in Human Resources Management. He co-authored, with Stephen E. Kohn, The People Management Formula. In addition, he published a novel, Movement Off the Dime, and he is working on his second work of fiction. He currently resides in Silver Spring, Maryland. VINCENT D. O'CONNELL is a Senior Partner with Work & People Solutions, where he leads the firms assessment and research services, curriculum development, training, and communications functions. He has more than years of experience in human resources consulting, management and corporate communications.
