女,一九五一年出生于上海。父母均为中共地下党员,父亲是中共进上海后第一任榆林区区长,后因不堪忍受无休止的运动而自尽。一九六八年孙宝强进上海炼油厂做操作员,后担任打字员。一九八九年六四屠城后,孙宝强上街演讲并设置路障;六月六日晚被关进虹口区看守所;八月二十二日,在虹口区体育馆万人大会上,宣判入狱三年;出狱后,又因不断撰写文章发表在互联网上而被监控二十年。二〇一一年一月,孙宝强和丈夫流亡澳洲,二〇二三年八月赴美国与子团聚,现居洛杉矶。

著有自传《上海女囚》,长篇小说《上海守财奴》。

后记

一九九二年三月二十七日,我走出提篮桥的小监狱,却走进了社会的大监狱。一九九二年夏天,上海炼油厂党魁史济平,拒绝了乍浦街道主任要求为我落实工作的请求;一九九七年,以史为核心的党委,再一次拒绝虹口法院要求为我落实工作的呼吁。

出狱后街道曾给我安排二个工作,一个是和"二劳"释放人员熨台布,一个是送报纸。我选择了第二个工作,骑着破旧的自行车走街串巷。一个雨雪天,我摔了一跤,街道立即拿出一份合同,合同上写:"由于不可预知的灾难而造成的伤害,一概由本人负责。"面对这一份冷酷甚至卑鄙的合同,木讷的丈夫愤怒了,他一把撕了合同,也撕去了我的工作。我送了半个月的报纸,却连一分钱都没拿到。

数月后,我到虹口技协搞管理兼打字,月薪是二百四十元。从此,丈夫不但戒烟,还在工作之余拼命接活。有一次在维修空调时,从脚手架上摔下,身体受到伤害,只能靠中药来调理。

为了给丈夫治病,我拼命工作,有时打二份工,有时打三份工。早上八点到街道做财务,下班后赶到饭店收银到深夜十一点。没有休息天,没有节假日,二份报酬之和是九百元。

二〇〇三年,已过了我的退休年龄,但没有一个组织过问此事。鉴于嘉定社保局的多次刁难,我胸贴状纸直奔上海市社会保障局。幸遇信访办唐处长的鼎力相助,在自费付了十五年的三金后,我才拿到上海最低的退休金。但我从一九六八年到一九八九年的二十一年工龄被中共侵吞而一笔勾销,以至我现在的退休金,还不到炼油厂退休金的一半。

一九八九年"六四"前,澳洲的语言学校已录取了我丈夫。我入狱后,丈夫的出国成泡影,儿子也成"小暴徒"。学校的宣传栏里,贴着"共和国卫士"和"暴徒"的照片;上政治课时,讲的是卫士的"牺牲"和暴徒的"残忍"。从此,活泼天真的儿子,成了孤僻的自卑者。儿子的额角,至今留着被同学用石头击打的伤疤。有一次我责怪他不好好读书,他冲我嚷着:你为什么要参加"六四"?害得我家一贫如洗;害得父亲受伤;害得我失去欢乐......看着儿子的眼泪,我心如刀绞。

儿子工作后,曾在IT领域任主管。有一次总经理问起家庭情况,儿子如实说起我的判刑,结果合同不再续签。儿子只得开个游戏工作室聊以为生。由于被单位开除,我被剥夺上海炼油厂的分房权利,仅有的房子给儿子做工作室后,我和丈夫只能借房栖身,四处迁徙。但国保如幽灵,如影随形,我们只得一次次地迁徙流浪。几十年了,政治上的高压,经济上的拮据,丈夫的疾病,儿子的被扭曲,压的我透不过气来。我判的不是三年,而是无期徒刑啊!判刑是鼠役,破坏了健康的家庭,留下挥之不去的阴影;判刑是核泄露,留下永远不可逆转的后遗症。

Right of cancellation

If you are a consumer you can cancel the contract in accordance with the following. Consumer means any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession.

Statutory Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the the last good or the last lot or piece.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us, GreatBookPrices, 6310 Stevens Forest Rd, Suite 200, 21046, Columbia, Maryland, U.S.A., 1 410-964-0026, of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. You can also electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a cancellation on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.

Effects of cancellation

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
