The 3 Steps
What if changing the way you experience yourself and the world around you could begin with just three simple steps?
The 3 Steps invites you on a journey of awareness, connection and discovery. A journey into something that has always been there, quietly waiting to be rediscovered.
Blending personal experience, practical exercises, science and ancient wisdom, J H Frenay explores the relationship between the body, emotions, beliefs, the Bioelectromagnetic Field (B.E.M.F.), and consciousness.
Along the way, you are invited not simply to read, but to experiment, observe and experience for yourself.
Be curious. Question. Explore. Take what resonates with you and discover where it leads.
The three steps themselves are surprisingly simple. But simple does not always mean easy. Each one opens another door, and what begins as three small practices gradually becomes a much larger exploration of who we are, how we experience life, and what may become possible when we reconnect with ourselves.
You are the captain of this adventure.
There is no required speed and no predetermined destination.
Only three steps.
Will you take the first one?
