Paperback. The most intense and valuable work you will ever accomplish in this life is on yourself. One of the core philosophies that drives my practice is the thought that you must be able to feel all of your emotions in order to completely heal. It can be hard work, some of the hardest you may ever do, but what an incredibly opportunity awaits you!I've found in my practice that until people are ready to begin untangling their emotional pain, therapy is not an effective tool, it's only seen as expensive. I am not a person who is paid to "pretend to care about you", I am paid to teach you how to care about and love yourself. When a client is ready to begin their journey, this is where the magic in life happens. My prayer is that this thoughtbook encourages you to help you develop more fully into the person you were created to be. In the process of finding clarity and courage to resolve painful experiences that are holding you back, you will also find a greater sense of self-love and confidence. Personal growth encourages you to move forward and take the next best step each day to become the person you were meant to be. Each person's growth process is different. Regardless of the rate or where your journey has taken you, one thing remains true: We were made to bloom! This item is printed on demand.
