- Book 15 of 17: holistic healing
What if 20 simple hand gestures could support balance and well-being across 300+ common and chronic health conditions?
- You don’t need complicated techniques.
- You don’t need equipment.
- You don’t need years of practice.
Your hands already carry the wisdom of healing.
WHY THIS BOOK IS DIFFERENT
Most mudra books overwhelm readers with dozens or even hundreds of hand gestures.
This book does the opposite.
It focuses on just 20 carefully selected core mudras — chosen because they:
-
Balance the five elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Space)
-
Influence multiple organs
-
Appear repeatedly across hundreds of conditions
-
Are safe, simple, and suitable for daily life
By practicing these 20 mudras, you gain a practical self-care toolkit that can be used anytime, anywhere.
WHAT YOU’LL DISCOVER INSIDE
- A clear explanation of five-element imbalances and their role in overall health
- The connection between fingers, elements, and organs
- Step-by-step instructions for all 20 essential mudras

A GENTLE, SUPPORTIVE PATH TO WELL-BEING
Mudras are not a replacement for medical treatment.
They are a supportive self-care practice that works alongside healthy habits, proper rest, balanced nutrition, and professional medical guidance when needed.
Their strength lies in consistency, awareness, and balance — not force or speed.
