The following 13 pages also are a combination of handwritten recipes, for Candied Peel, Yorkshire Cake, Pickled Ham, Sponge Cakes and Ginger Wine interspersed with newspaper recipes and clippings on various subjects, including one on the value of unmarried women or Old Maids to society. 12 pages of circular postmarks, mainly from UK, and 2 pages of foreign stamps follow. The remaining 12 leaves are blank although there are some marks which suggest that other inserts, possibly stamps or franks, have been moved or removed.
