Colorado Woman's College was founded in 1888 with the intention of creating a women's college in the West on par with Vassar. Student enrollment at the time of this publication was fewer than 400. Enrollment peaked in the 1960s at more than 1,100 and began a decline afterward as women's colleges fell out of favor. By 1982, the college had merged with the University of Denver, which had acquired the college's assets the year before. Seller Inventory # 10082
