This is a set of two pre-publication galleys: one has text, B&W frontis, B&W cuts & no plates, the other is blank with the loose color plates inserted chronologically. The published edition was limited to 310 copies. Red cloth-covered boards with giltstamped titles to spines, illustrated map endpapers. Photographic dust jackets covered in protective mylar.
