Condition: Binding is loose with the textblock partially detached from the boards; covers worn through at corners and along edges with significant fraying and cloth loss exposing the red board beneath; spine perished. Front and rear free endpapers and several preliminary leaves chipped, edge-torn, and creased; table of contents leaf with marginal tears not affecting text. Internal plat maps and township maps are generally clean and bright with vibrant original hand-coloring; scattered foxing, light soiling, and edge wear to leaves; a few leaves loose or starting. Pencil notations to endpapers. Comes from a smoking household and carries a tobacco odor. A complete working copy in poor binding but with the maps themselves in good, legible, brightly colored condition. Complete.
