Imprimé à Bucarest par Karkaleki, typographe au service princier, il fut composé en écriture cyrillique, et illustre l usage encore marqué de l alphabet slavon au sein des élites administratives, alors que les idéaux révolutionnaires libéraux, venus d Europe, poussaient à moderniser l État et la langue. Manifesto stampato al recto cm 52 x 37, normali pieghe. Interessante relazione dell'incontro avuto da questa delegazione genovese con Carlo Albeto il giorno prima della firma dell'armistizio di Salasco avvenuto il giorno 9. Pochi giorni prima (il 6 agosto) l'esercito piemontese si era ritirato da Milano, raggiungendo lo stesso giorno a Vigevano per poi tornare entro gli antichi confini. Nella relazione vengono riportate le parole di Carlo Alberto (che riceve la delegazione nel letto, febbricitante) che giustificano la resa di fronte alla preponderanza delle forze austriache. Anche in merito alle domande sul coinvolgimento della Francia, il re si mostra pessimista: '.disse averne egli fatto domanda a Monsieur Cavaignac; l'Inghilterra pero' mostrarsi poco propensa a favorire tale intervento.? Carlo Alberto chiude il discorso comunque affermando che: '.o si conchiudera' una pace onorata, o raccozzeremo l'esercito, ne sara' rinvigorito lo spirito e torneremo a combattere.'. ITA.
