Paperback. In 17th Amendment.Rescind!!, Daniel H. Marchi takes on one of the most significant yet controversial shifts in American constitutional history-the ratification of the Seventeenth Amendment to the United States Constitution. According to Marchi, this amendment fundamentally altered the balance of power between the states and the federal government by eliminating the original mechanism of state-legislature selection of U.S. Senators and substituting it with direct popular election.Marchi, argues that the amendment represents a departure from the founding structure of the Republic and that its impact merits reconsideration. Through this concise 80-page treatise, he invites readers to explore why he believes the amendment should be rescinded-not simply amended or ignored-in order to restore what he views as the proper constitutional relationship between the states, the people, and the federal government. As a mathematician, wrote and programmed algorithm modals. As a Algebraist, reduced Algebraic equations of engineers and Physicist Mathematical Model. As a programmer, programmed mentioned Mathematical Modals. A provocative challenge to the modern electoral system, this treatise argues that shifting Senate selection to the masses dismantled the essential balance of power and calls for a total restoration of the original constitutional order!
