Softcover without dust jacket. Book in very good condition with minimal bumping to edges. Pages clean and unmarked. Signed by Gina Ranalli to Erik. (see picture) Created in the darkest regions of cyberspace, where both artist and writer were being held for crimes against humanity. 13 Thorns is told in the various voices of the desperate, the disillusioned and the damned. 13 unique tales featuring nightmares too real to be simple tricks of the mind, bleak apocalyptic futures where human beings are embedded with electronic chips and subjected to an unimaginable punishments, the magic of promises which quickly mutate into curses, vengeful spirits, each seeking their own special brand of retribution, all illustrated in stark B & W art that gives the stories themselves a new-sometimes playful, sometimes gruesome-twist.
