Paperback. The 12 pieces are meditative miniatures with meaningful programme titles, ranging from those tied to nature's greatest miracle - water (titles translate to: Water, Wave, Vardar, Rain), dance-themes (Forbidden Dance), philosophical (New World, Happiness), and even include a Fairy Tale for Granny. The musical syntax used by the composer is traditional and throughout tonal; however, the compositions contrast each other and vary in style from faster virtuoso pieces, which can feature interesting rhythm signatures and also a subtext rooted in folklore (such as Vardar), to calmer more meditative pieces. This item is printed on demand. Shipping may be from our UK warehouse or from our Australian or US warehouses, depending on stock availability.
