Paperback. This book is a guided meditation for children, to introduce them to relax and welcome sleep for the night. We parents can accompany our children in this way, without difficulty, in falling asleep more easily. Children will learn to relax and imagine your dream world even before falling asleep. Imagination is important for everyone, even for us parents, learning to relax our body after a hectic day and learning to calm the mind, allows our child spirit to resonate in our hearts. This daily training ensures that over the long term our emotional, physical and mental body finds its balance. Wonderful abilities will develop in them and in you too. You can do what I did too! Introduce the child to relaxation and then invent something fantastic to imagine, you will see that the story comes by itself! In this book I wanted to divide the story into three meditations, we are talking about three Fantastic Islands and 12 Magical Sirens and more. My 7 year old daughter Rossella was the first creator of this fantastic story, with her first ideas I created this book, our children are our special life teachers! Dedicated to all those who believe in magical creatures, may fantasy be with you and turn into reality! Happy meditation! This item is printed on demand. Shipping may be from our UK warehouse or from our Australian or US warehouses, depending on stock availability.…
